WHAT AREA DO YOU COVER?

We cover all over Cambridgeshire, West Suffolk & South West Norfolk. We can cover outside of this area, however there may be a surcharge depending on the size of the job.

HOW LONG DOES iT TAKE TO CLEAN A DRIVEWAY?

This depends on the size, type and condition of the driveway. We will provide a completion target time when we submit the quotation.

HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE DRIVEWAY?

Most driveways will be cleaned with an industry specific whirlaway rotary cleaner. The edges of the patios are detail cleaned with a single jet or turbo nozzle. 

HOW FREQUENTLY SHOULD I HAVE MY DRIVEWAY CLEANED?

Driveways that are shaded in the winter months are likely to succumb to algae quite rapidly. After an initial deep clean, we recommend an annual or biannual maintenance clean.

DO YOU CLEAN UP AFTER YOU'VE FINISHED THE JOB?

Yes, this goes without saying. We always leave our work area clean and tidy.

If your driveway is suffering from stubborn organic stains and lichens, a deep clean using an alkaline foam treatment may be needed to remove these.

This treatment is highly effective and biodegrades quickly, leaving no lasting effects.

We will then tidy up any mess we have made from splash backs and debris.

If your driveway is made of block paving, we will return on a dry day to re-sand the blocks. This stage is essential to ensure the blocks are secure and prevents any movement.

We will then apply the Sealer, to a colour of your choice, ensuring extra protection for your drive. (Only applicable if you have chosen this option and your driveway surface is suitable)

How we carry out a full driveway clean 

Upon acceptance of our quote, if your driveway has deep rooted weeds, we will treat these first with our weed killer/biocide. This will usually be a week or two before the cleaning commences.

On the day of the clean, we will start by removing any loose dirt and organic matter from the surface.

We will then use a specific jet on our pressure washer around the perimeter of your driveway to ensure we get right up to the edges.

We then move on to pressure washing the rest of your driveway usually using our rotary flat surface cleaner to get the job done quickly and efficiently. This process is environmentally friendly as it uses normal tap water, applied at a very high pressure.

Please note that some stains, especially oil, may not be completely removable even with specialist treatments. We will always try our best at removing these but make no certain promises to remove them completely.

The majority of driveway cleans progress without any difficulty, however poor drainage and low water pressure may effect our pricing. We will always quote based on what we know before work commences and will inform you in the event of any complications.
